Happy Easter!

The girls seemed to really enjoy Easter this year.  They love getting to wear their Easter dresses...so much fun to have two little girlie girls.  Rylyn could not stop talking about the Easter bunny and how they were going to get Easter baskets.  They got to hunt for eggs with their cousins and eat more sweets than humanly possible...good times.

Disney on Ice

The older girls (Kyla, Rylyn, and Lauren) were given a special treat when Aunt Angie and Uncle Bryan took them to Disney on Ice at the Budweiser Event Center.  They got to see all of the princesses and characters from their favorite Disney movies.  They all got souvenirs and brought home a Minnie Mouse doll for Carter since she didn't get to go...next year hopefully.

Chucky Cheese!

The girls got their first taste of fun at Chucky Cheese. They didn't really know what to do with all of the flashing lights and games--sensory overload for sure!  They were hesitant at first until their cousins showed them the ropes.  They topped it all off with pizza and punch. They were so worn out after that event--good times...

Rylyn at Ballet/Tap class

Ballet Class

Rylyn and Carter before the dance class.  Rylyn was so excited to attend her ballet/tap class. She went and observed the class to see if she would want to try it. She loved that all of the girls had leotards, tutus, ballet slippers, and tap shoes. Since she is really shy, this is a big step for her and it is her first class experience. She has gone to the class for two weeks now...and we are so proud that she has been such a big girl!  Carter also enjoys watching her big sister and the other girls in the class.  Before we know it, she will be in there too!

Bowling with the family

We decided to try out a game of bowling with the cousins.  We only played one game (it took forever to watch their balls roll SLOWLY down the lane).  They all were excited to bowl and seemed to enjoy rolling their balls down the metal sloped thingy.

Christmas Presents

We are so blessed to have such a large family and many family gatherings.  The girls want to thank everyone for getting them such wonderful gifts.  We have been busy playing with all of the new things!
